Ryan and his friends have an ongoing list of things a guy can’t do and still manage to look like a manly man. Today I witnessed a good one to add to his list: A guy cannot walk a yorkie or a maltese and look like a manly man.
Puppies!
While on my walk with Sadie, I saw a guy walking not only a fluffly little maltese, but he had one of those leash dividers and was also walking a yorkie. So long masculinity! 🙂
Just in case you’re curious, here’s Ryan’s ongoing list of things guys cannot do without looking like a girly-man:
- Put on chapstick
- Wear a fanny pack
- Take a step aerobics class
- Drink out of a straw
- Ride on the back of a motorcycle or a scooter (especially when driven by another man)
- Drive a Smart Car
- Drive a bug
- Drink a drink with an umbrella in it
Can you think of any more?
Sadie and I worked up quite an appetite on our evening walk and I was ready to warm up with a delicious dinner of crock pot chicken tacos by the time we got back to our apartment.
Fortunately Ryan walked in about 10 minutes after us (he had to work late) and we each fixed ourselves a plate of tacos… one hard shell and one soft shell.

hahaha, LOVE that list. I personally think it looks funny when guys drink diet soda. But it’s definitely not as bad as when they drink a “fruity cocktail” with an umbrella in it 😛

I’v e got a good one, but the bad thing is…my hubby does it everyday! I SWEAR he’s not GAY!!!!!! But he loves to take bubble baths…lol. At first, I thought it was a lil strange, but now I’m use to it. I’m a shower girl. hahahahahha…and I have several really good guy friends that have a chapstick addiction and have had it since I’ve known them…30+years. soooo. IDK.

Manly men don’t cry during chick flicks or call one of their guy friends just to talk. ….says my non-manly boyfriend who enjoys watching the Bachelor with me!

Hehe, I will ask the boyf tonight. I’m sure he will think of something- probably not eating tofu. He’ll try anything else I make but refuses tofu or any soy product!
