  2. Do you eat any small snacks or anything before your morning workouts?!?!

    • it really depends on whether or not i’m hungry! before runs on the weekdays i usually don’t because i get major cramps if i don’t let my food digest for at least an hour before i run (and i don’t wanna wake up at 4:30 a.m. so i can eat before i run at 5:30 a.m.). most weekdays i’m just not hungry when i wake up at 5:30… if i wake up after 6:30, i’ll definitely grab something!

  3. Wow, that’s crazy you don’t eat before your workouts! How do you have enough energy to do them without passing out? lol. I ALWAYS eat a big breakfast before I exercise or my blood sugar dips too low and I almost pass out!

    • i know! it’s weird… only on the weekdays when i’m up in the 5 a.m. hour can i do this. if i wake up later i’m starving! i think i’m too sleepy to think about eating anything that early on weekdays.

      • I don’t eat before my morning workouts either! I think I have enough energy stored from the night before to get me through. And I just discovered Body Pump and am in LOVE! It’s awesome.
